I've seen tantalizing mentions of people subbing 1oz cheese for their 1oz allowed milk in coffee/tea.
Is this allowed? I'd rather skip the whole thing than slow my already slow loss any further.
I didn't use milk prior to IP, so I don't miss it. I used almond milk, but the BF got the rest of it when I started.
If there is a "cheese" available to use, what is it?
I'm looking for something that will melt in order to try making a pizza crust from riced cauliflower and cheese.
