Checking In...
Hello CC chickies! Just checking in with everyone. Been struggling for the past month since I've been home. I've kept off 25lbs lost but I don't want to gain it back, so I'm re-committing today! I'm back to 1200 cals/500 lost for 5 weeks, then I'll up the calories to about 1400 and exercise to 300. It's going to be very very hard I think, but I did it before and I can do it again! I'm planning on checking in more here so I can be accountable. I know CC'ing works, I just need to buckle down and do it!!! Thanks all!
