Default Blue Team Fall Frenzy 2011 Nutritional Thread Week 7 (10/31-11/06)

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Monday - 1,179 calories, 42% protein, 34% carbs, 24% fat
Tuesday - 1,273 calories, 36% protein, 39% carbs, 25% fat
Wednesday - 1,407 calories, 38% protein, 33% carbs, 29% fat
Thursday - 1,351 calories, 40% protein, 35% carbs, 25% fat
Friday - 1,260 calories, 29% protein, 24% carbs, 27% fat
Saturday - 1,201 calories, 48% protein, 29% carbs, 23% fat

This is going to be a hard week. I have three lunch obligations already!

Monday
Breakfast - roasted chicken breast (I'm out of my favorite eggs)
Lunch - Stewed Beef Chinese style with broth
Supper - roasted chicken breast
Snacks (am/pm) - oat bran + skim milk

Tuesday
Breakfast - 1 slice pickled loaf (blah! leftovers in the fridge)
Lunch - roasted chicken breast (thank god I have some of that left...)
Supper - roasted chicken breast (that's all I have left, is chicken breast!)
Snacks (am/pm) - oat bran + skim milk

Wednesday
Breakfast - 2 fried eggs + 1 slice deli turkey
Lunch - roasted chicken breast + salad w/1 tbs FF Italian
Supper - jambalaya sausage
Snacks (am/pm) - yogurt / banana (not suppose to eat fruit, but haven't had any for so long that I caved into cravings...)

Thursday
Breakfast - 2 fried eggs + 1 slice deli pickled loaf + hot sauce
Lunch - mala tofu w/ground beef
Supper - Stewed Beef Chinese style with broth
Snacks (am/pm) - yogurt / oat bran + skim milk

Friday
Breakfast - 2 fried eggs
Lunch - MCL veggie platter: cauliflower, asparagus, acorn squash
Supper - stir fry shrimp
Snacks (am/pm) - yogurt

Saturday
Breakfast -
Lunch - chinese buffet: garlic chicken, clams, calamari + shrimp
Supper -
Snacks (am/pm) - oat bran + skim milk

Sunday
Breakfast - 2 eggs, oat bran + skim milk + cinnamon + sweetener
Lunch - Stewed Beef Chinese style with broth
Supper -
Snacks (am/pm) - SF chocolate jello pudding w/skim milk
