I am meeting with my sisters friends trainer later this week. She charges an arm and a leg, but offered to write me a program for a reasonable amount. I am going to have an hour consultation with her and she told me to write down some questions to ask her, so I get my hours worth so I want to know what you guys think I should ask

How to define, shape and shrink the lower ab area.

I have gotten the upper ab area to shrink down and be nearly non existent, however I still have what I call "Front Butt" I still have the bulge in the lower ab area and want to find out what the best way to tone it up, lose the fat and shrink the area.

And how can I do it at home, with no access to a gym or gym equipment.

^^ If she isn't talking about the 'bottom belly', 'apron', or pouch area. Thats what i want to know. My bottom belly is extremely prominent and makes my clothing look awful.

My other question would be: what are the most 'bang for your buck' exercises? I'm a new mom and often dont have a huge time slot for exercise.

Thanks if you get the chance to ask mine!
