Default Thank goodness for individual cream cheeses!!

One of my fav foods is blueberry bagels & cream cheese! But measuring cream cheese always makes me nervous. Those are calories that can add up fast. So I picked up the individual cream cheeses at Walmart yesterday at 90 cals a pack and some "diet" blueberry bagels at 110 each. Most delicious 200 calories ever
I don't mind spending a little extra to get individual servings of stuff to make calorie counting easier, what about you?

I don't count calories (now), but I love individual serving sizes--enough that it doesn't bother me to spend the extra $$ on them!

LOVE individual serving sizes. They have been a HUGE help to me because I have a problem telling myself "no" and determining the right portion size. I've paid a lot more just to keep my diet in check.

Individual packs of anything are more expensive, but usually worth it for me.

It depends what it is, I definitely have some problems when it comes to spreads, so I understand the cream cheese thing. I love getting peanut butter in the individual cups, so much easier to exact!

It really depends on a few things. When money isn't tight, I don't mind spending the extra dough. But, when money is tight, I won't spend the extra money.
I do appreciate individual serving packs though, just gotta know what fits in the budget for us.
