Have you ever heard of the "Zacklies"...as in "Your breath smell zackly like my a**"? I have had THE most atrocious breath for the past 3 days, I understand that the bad breath is from ketones due to fat burning. But c'mon!! It's bad. I'm drinking extra water and rinsing my mouth out often. It's gross!!

Just gotta keep drinking lots of water and brushing your teeth a lot. Its a pain but its worth it> Shouldnt stay bad for long though.

I usually keep unsweetened gum on hand...each one has a carb, so I usually tear it in half or even thirds. It works for me...especially in the morning after my black coffee! When I'm not drinking coffee, drinking plenty of water usually helps.

I brush my tongue with my tooth brush, use mouthwash, drink a lot of water, and chew gum. It's bad!

I think there is some sugar free mint water with 0 carbs. I might try to hunt that down.

My husband used to have that "atkins" breath that would knock a buffalo over from 20 ft....

This stuff really works...I found it at Walgreen but I think Walmart may have it now. It doesn't taste like the strong mouthwashes so you will think it isn't going to work but it is the only thing that did work. It comes with a small mint flavor you add..otherwise it has no taste..
