A friend just directed me to HealthMonth, which is like a monthly challenge game for healthy living. Basically you pick some rules you want to stick to for a month and then you have friends and teams and such to help motivate you. Has anyone used it? I just signed up today and I was wondering if any of you are on there.
Did you manage to get in for the September game? I think basically you make your rules, then every day you check in and say whether you followed them or not the previous day. So like today I entered my info for yesterday. Then you also get the spin this wheel which gives you various things like extra points or fruit. If you click on the "More..." link at the bottom of the page there is an "Encyclopedia" link that has a lot of info.
I'm still trying to figure it out too! I'm going to try making us a 3FC team in case any other 3FC folks are on there and want to join in. I'm glad you joined though, now I have a friend on there!
I did make it in for September. I also searched for you and clicked on the 'follow Jessica' link. I set three pretty basic rules, but ones that I definitely need to be doing this month.
