Default question about panties and low rise jeans

At my high weight I would not wear low rise jeans to save my life. These days more and more of my jeans are low rise. I am fine with that, they look fine on my now. The problem I have is that I am a bikinis and boy shorts person when it comes to panties. Right now the jeans I have and the panties I have are not a good combo. The waist of my panties are all higher than my jeans. I have to wear long shirts to cover it and even then sometimes my shirt rides up and then it looks awful. So my question is, what kind of panties, brand and style, do you find that work with low rise jeans?

They have low-rise bikinis and hipsters, plus thongs always work I havent worn those in FOREVER but they will do nicely. Check out Victoria' Secret

Isn't the idea not to show off panties or skin there in public?

SLIMplicity - I actually tried that, but I can't stand it.

Yes, Sparkly, that's the idea. I don't mind if the skin shows a little on my tummy or my back if I move certain ways, but it just looks awful to have my panties hanging out of my jeans.

DDC - So have I, and as a married woman in her early/mid 30s, that is very much not the look I am going for.

I guess I will try the hipsters thing. I have never had any of those. Do they work ok for working out in too? I am very simple when it comes to my clothes and I hate the idea of having to have a whole bunch of different types of undies if I can avoid it.

Victoria Secret's bikinis are low rise, I believe they are even labeled "Low Rise Bikini" (I buy the cotton ones)
