I am a new MediFaster with a few questions. Since I am a vegetarian, I am pretty much limited to egg beaters and tofu for my "lean" in my "lean & green" meals.
I like tofu, but it is really hard to choke down quite so much of it, even when I split it into two meals (lunch/dinner). So, does anyone have any fabulous, MediFast compliant, tofu recipes for my lean & green? Been a vegetarian for about a year now but I don't cook a lot. So far this week I have found one really tasty way to cook the tofu which keeps me on plan. I am totally open to suggestions.
