...for not starting Weight Watchers sooner! I never thought it could be this easy to lose weight. I have been struggling my entire life. I exercise at least 4 days a week (I'm talking at the gym, cardio and weight lifting) and have been eating a fairly healthy diet as well. But for some reason I could just never get it off. I finally "gave in" and started WW at work since we get reimbursed through our health insurance, so I figured if it didn't work at least I wasn't really spending anything on it. I'm already down 10 lbs. in 3 weeks and I can't tell you the last time I was down 10 pounds. It's been years! So, needless to say I'm thrilled! But I'm kicking myself for not starting it sooner! Also, it was a bad idea to buy new pants the week before I started. They already need to be taken in!

Forget about "starting sooner" ...just think about a couple of months from now... a year from now! You'll be extra excited for having started when you did!
