Depends on what kind of phone it is, but you could get an arm case for it.. Or wear 2 sports bras, and put it in between! Thats what I do when my iPod is dead and I have to use my iPhone.

Keys, you could always put them in a locker, or next you when you are working out. OR get one of those plastic things, that are like a big spiral. Put your keys on that and put em around your water bottle!

Tie your house key to your shoe! If you have driven somewhere, tie your car key to your shoe and stash the rest in your car somewhere. Be sure to double knot .

I have an armband that I use with my iphone. It's great -- I can even use the touchscreen while it's in the band! (it's Belkin brand) As for my key, when I'm at the gym it goes in my locker. When I'm outside, I stick it in the armband behind my phone. I've been debating getting one of those spiral key chains that I could wear around my other arm, just haven't seen one to pick up and so haven't.

Great ideas!!! I usually go to the trail here in town, when I'm at the gym it's not a problem. I just love running outside!
and I have a Droid X

Both my iPhone and my key go into my sports bra... phone fits down in between with out touching skin cause I wear a regular bra under my sports top. Or the poket of my warmup jacket when it's cooler.

When I run on the trails I put my key in my sports bra and my phone goes on my arm in an armband. I also have a water bottle belt, that you can get at running stores, and it has 4 slots for small water bottles and a little pouch in the back where my phone and keys will fit. Whatever you find most comfortable

I also have the little water bottle belt with the little pouch that is like a fanny pack. It works great.

However, a few weeks ago a found a great pair of running shorts by BCG that have side pockets just for phone and keys and they have velcro closures at the top. They work great.

I always tied my housekey to my shoelace. Then I would leave the house, lock up, and forget that I left my key on my running shoes, so just be mindful of that

I put my iPhone in my armband, its belkin, and it has a wee little key slot on the back of it. HOWEVER, lol, I get irritated from it, because of the metal in the key.. So, I've had to stop that. I have been wearing the key on a lanyard around my neck, in front of my bra but under my shirt so it doesnt bounce all over.

My mom got little wristbands that have tiny pockets in them. She takes the spare house key and puts it in one.

The phone (I KNOW what you mean about Pandora) I had pants that had a zipper in the back where I used to store it when I wasn't on the treadmill. Some people have mentioned the arm bands and those are good, too!

I have one of these shoe pouches that I use for my key: http://www.roadid.com/Common/Catalog...Accessories#24

I like that I can also fit in a tissue if I have a cold, or lip balm, or ID, or some cash if I wanted to stop at the coffee shop on my way back. =]

these were my biggest issues! i was stuffing my phone in my bra and my car key in my panties, neither ideal! haha. I totally ended up buying a lanyard for my car key to put it between my tank top and tshirt, and I scored some workout/yoga pants that have built in seamless pockets at the waist perfectly sized for phone/mp3 player! (got the pants at goodwill for $3 each, fyi! gap/lucy brands!)

I'm super-duper extra stylish when I run so I wear a fanny pack.

In cold weather I have a jacket that has pockets that zip up.
