From gold to purple
Hi everyone.
I have a question, I hope I can word it right so you will understand what I mean. I was on the gold plan with lites, but now I am moving to purple and as you know the biggest difference will be the amount of protein you get, here is my question, if you have a frozen dinner that counts as a protein and a starch, and that leave only one starch left, which is only 2 extra ounces on protein if you have something like chicken, Do you think that is enough calories to make a difference? I don't I don't eat the frozen dinners all the time, but sometimes I do take them to work for lunch. I hope some one can give me an answer or if you have any tips on the purple plan I would appreciate it.
