Up .8 from last week, but I expect a whoosh any day as I am MAJORLY holding fluids. I should have taken a picture of my tortured looking ankles last night. Who knew socks could do that? LOL I'm not too worried as I've been really on plan, just water weight with sodium, hot weather and I hold water around ovulation.
Although my offical weigh in day is tuesday, I was having wild fluctuations last week I was between 140 and 138 so I chose 139 and decided to check back in half week.
Well it's half a week later and I'm now: 137!
My inches had also ballooned but now they're back on track!
Hips: 36.4 (92.5) - 35.2 (89.5)
Waist: 28.7 (73) - 28.1 (71.5)
My measurements before the fluctuations were: H: 35.8 (91) and W:28.35 (72) so it's a small loss but a loss is a loss!
My BMI is now 25.88, I'm getting close to being normal weight!
