I believe so. I don't have a scale that can weigh me (yet. it's on the way), but my clothes are a little looser and I am starting to feel great! I am only on my second week, though. My skin is clearer, I have more energy, dark and rough patches on my skin due to insulin resistance are going away, and I sleep so soundly now! The hubs says my butt is shrinking, but in a nicer way, so that makes me smile.

I strongly agree with Treena, this program work ...if you follow it faithfully. I just finished week 2, down 8 pounds and -11.5 inches. whooohooo! I have tons of energy & have never felt so good in years.

Keep reading this forum, lots of great information and support from everyone.

Most effective diet plan I've ever been on. I lost 45 lbs in 17weeks along with 30 inches and almost 10% body fat. I have been on their maintenance program since June and have kept the weight off successfully. I have never kept weight off for 1 yr!! My mom saw my success and signed up. She was very sceptical because she has a really hard time losing weight. She just entered Phase 3 and has lost 40 lbs.
