Default Anyone been on or heard of the Elimination Diet?

Hi, just wondered if anyone had heard of the Elimination diet? I did post this somewhere lese but thought I'd ask here because the diet was put tiogether by Dax Moy, a personal trainer in London.

Basically just wanted to know if anyone had been on this diet if so what did you think of it? My friend was on it, apparently she did a promotional program for the guys who created the diet but for her it also involved 4 short workouts a day so I'm not sure if the weight loss is due to the 4 workouts or the diet. Was wondering if anyone had tried it and if so roughly how much they lost.

From what I've read it basically involved cutting out all wheat and most carbs as well as all processed foods, dairy and sugar, oh and alcohol too! You can only eat limited types and quantities of fat. On top of that it involves drinking 1litre of water for every 50lbs of body weight!

Thanks x
