Wednesday - 20 min bike, 40 min Zumba, 400 CRUNCHES
Thursday - 45 min bike (15 inside, 30 outside) 1 mile walk with 40 lb back pack, 100 bicycle crunches, Zumba flat abs
Friday - 45 minute bike ride, 400 crunches
Saturday - 40 min bike ride, 400 crunches
Sunday - 3+ mile walk, 400 crunches
