jackie diane Junior Member Thread Starter Join Date: Mar 2011 Posts: 1	ideal protein i have just made the first call to ideal protein, and wonder is there a minimum amount of weight that one can opt to lose and still do this program? or do you have to lose 20 or more pounds? i would like to lose 15 pounds.
