Default Advicem about TOTM

I went to the center yesterday and was up a half pound, and I'm pretty certain it's because my cycle's about to start. Boo! I've been doing really well on the plan and have seen terrific results, but lately I've been doubting myself. Guess old habits die really, really hard.
I just need some reassurance so that I can look forward to weighing in again on Friday. I took a B6 today to help with bloat, but did anyone else out there have a stall around your TOTM? Did you see a larger-than-normal drop at the end of the week to account for lost weight and bloat?
I was very much on track for meeting my mini-goal of 15 pounds lost by Valentine's Day (momma wants a new pair of shoes!), but with this "setback," I'll end up being a couple of pounds shy. Guess I'm just looking for a little pick-me-up and an "I totally know what you're going through."

*And, yeah, the subject of this should be "advice", not "advicem." :P

I feel for you and I know what you are going through. Mine does that every month as well. In fact, I am in a slump right now and have been since my last cycle (and it's about time for another one!)

But most of the time, you will see a nicer loss the week after. Just keep it up and hopefully this will just be water weight you are seeing now.

Good luck!

Just don't give in to cravings and keep your activity level up and you should see a loss next week.

TOM cravings and lethargy usually make me stall for a couple weigh ins.
