it is perfect because, if u are in the mood for salty just add a little pepper and eat it plain and if u are in the mood for sweet just add a little splenda and mix with fruit.
I used to be a french fry addict....now I'm a cottage cheese addict lol

also...liquid egg whites (not egg beaters...too many ingredients I can't pronounce)
You can have a big mound of scrambled egg whites and be totally stuffed and only have consumed a couple hundred calories tops...

apples, nuts of some kind, two kinds of cereal (one very healthy, one healthy but a little sweet, and I'll add a little of the sweet to the high fiber if I feel the need).

Wow, good selections. I always seem to get in the same old rut. I see new items to put on my list.

Me too. It's also 70% protein.

I'd add boneless skinless chicken breasts. I can't imagine going low(ish) carb without cottage cheese and boneless skinless chicken breasts!

Veggies - a little of everything, a lot of what's on sale
Fruit - a little of everything, a lot of what's on sale
80 calorie yogurt
skim milk
oatmeal
40 calorie bread
spicy brown mustard
yellow mustard
garlic, pepper and other spices
eggs
lean chicken, turkey, beef & pork - a little of everything a lot of what's on sale.

I'm not a fan of fat free cheese, sour cream or salad dressing products. They don't taste good to me, so I have learned to enjoy foods without them with the exception of 1 salad dressing. I have found one low calorie, (not fat free) raspberry vinaigrette dressing that is delicious, so I do buy it, but it goes a long way.

I could probably live the rest of my life with just the items I listed.
