Default Ladies (and the few gents) this is...
DISASTEROUS!

Who am I kidding! So You know How I haven't been stepping on a scale or knowing what my weight is..and to be honest I thought I gained the weight back. So I went to do as I said I was going to do and headed over to chapters I was only going to buy 2 JM work out DVD's but I couldn't decide which one out of the three I picked up I wanted to keep so I ended up buying all three...

No more trouble zones,
Banish Fat Boost Met and
Shred it.
Along with Making the cut by here (god I love xmas money)

So I finally went to zellers and stepped three different scales...My starting weight when I left Ontario was 168...my current weight 159! HOLY SMOKES! I'm soo pumpped about it! And all I've been eating are carbs...and I think i look like a whale...but apparently I'm down 9 pounds So i ended up coughing up the money and buying the scale...haha
