Default The new plan REALLY WORKS...

Hi Everyone!!

I weighed in Wednesday (2 Days ago) and started the new plan that day, I did a solid 2 days and went back today because Friday is my usual weigh in day. In 2 days I lost 4.6lbs for a total of 84.6lbs in 11 months!! I know it's probably water weight but I'm extremely happy with the loss

I agree. I'm at lifetime, but I went on it with the points for losing just to get rid of the 3 pounds from t-day, and I've already lost more than I gained for thanksgiving! I'm really excited about it!

I was really hesitant about the new plan (the old plan works for me, so I had the whole "if it ain't broke don't fix it" mentality), but I keep hearing about people's successes with the new plan! I just may take the plunge and try it out myself!

Hi!!

I'm really excited about this plan also!

I just joined WW after a coworker was raving about it. I joined just in time for the switchover to PointsPlus and so far I am loving it!

I've had a good week. Some hiccups where I made bad decisions..but I still have 12 weekly allowance points left...AND every morning (during my UNOFFICIAL weigh-ins) I've noticed progressive smaller numbers. I shall see on Monday what the official number is!

For the most part, when I'm making wise decisions, I'm finding at the end of the day I have a few points left. I didn't think it would be this easy!

I was hesitant at first too because I had already lost 80lbs on the old plan and was terrified I may gain on the new one. The more I thought about it I rationalized that Weight Watchers would not make a change that didn't work or provide positive results. I told myself for try it for 2 solid days to see if anything would happen as far as a gain or loss and when I stepped on the scale the 2nd day I had lost almost 5lbs. Half was probably water weight but to me a loss is a loss! Definately give it a shot and if you don't like it go back to the old plan

I think you're going to see some great results at your next weigh in, this plan is awesome!! I was really scared at first because I had already lost 80lbs on the old plan and wasn't sure if the new plan was going to make me gain. I was really pleased to see almost a 5lb loss after 2 days! The thing I really like about this plan is that fruit is now 0 points and it's funny because I've been getting in 3-5 servings, before I didn't want to waste my points on it. I also think the new plan is trying to lower carb intake and increase Protein which is a little like Atkins but not as extreme and doesn't cut out certain food groups.

Let me know how you did at your next weigh in, I'm excited to hear how you did!!

I was a lapsed lifetimer, but decided to go back for the new plan as I needed to lose the weight I'd gained back and figured something new was a good idea.

So far, I'm liking it a LOT!

I really like that all fresh fruit is free and that most veggies are as well.

Makes it easier to count points as far as I'm concerned, because I don't have to worry about so many foods.

I weighed in "officially" Tuesday night. I stepped on my scale at home this morning and am down 4 from Tues, (night though) and down 2 from my ticker!

I did buy the new kit, with the notebook and all and of course a new calculator. This week, I'm gonna use my coupon for $5 off of the food scale.
