Exclamation 3 lbs gone!
Not discouraged any longer Was SO nice to step on the scale this morning and see it stop at 250!!
50 more to reach my mini goal of being 200 lbs by April 1st...yes I know that seems impossible but I like to challenge myself to do the impossible sometimes and also I figured this goal would force me to stay on track over the holidays
off to wake my grandson for school..

Here here! lol It is an amazing feeling. Especially after you've been stuck for a while, and you're JUST getting discouraged, and you're almost like "Why bother getting on the scale today, it's only going to--wait. WAIT! I lost? I LOST! YAY I'M A LOSER!" then when you get out of the bathroom everyone is looking at you weird.

that's how it happens in my house, anyway

congrats! keep up the good work, before you know it it'll be 6lb!

Yay! That is awesome Cathyo! I think that is a very obtainable goal to reach 200 by April. This is not impossible...it is going to happen
