Yeah I could never do it properly because my legs were so fat. Today my legs were feeling tight and I just did it without even thinking! I was so amazed that I just kept putting my foot down and then back up again and alternating legs. I remember that 14 pounds ago I could not do this! I also seem to have better balance when I'm doing it. It is so amazing how much of a difference 14 pounds can make!!
I can cross my legs now too!!!
