Day 1 of Medifast for me and I'm feeling good. I've done MF before, back in 2006 as a means to lose weight pre-op for Gastric Bypass (whole 'nother story) and I'm going back to it now to jumpstart weight loss, try and retrain my stomach pouch back to small, spaced out meals and generally giving myself some time to retrain the brain. I'm finding that MyMedifast website is an awesome place for support and logging stuff, but I always liked 3FC so I'm going to be checking in here as well. Good luck to all!
