I don't have before and after pics yet... though I'm really looking forward to posting them



My heaviest: 198

This was out four wheeling...my brother got stuck and we were digging him out, hence the mud...

My lightest: 160ish (home on break from college, only a few months after I got out of my medical training in Ft Sam Houston...And the only one with my natural hair color Oh...and grinding up venison with my brothers (it was a fresh road kill, pretty much only good for hamburger)


I do have some from two summers ago: 170

I'm looking forward to seeing this weight again




So my current weight is 194.6 as of this morning...

My goal for November 20: 185 (my next weigh in with my unit, and my next pt test)

Ultimate goal: 145-135...not sure since I've been 155-160 since sophomore year of high school.
