Default iPhone App to Journal Food Intake?

I have started WW once again after several years of on again/off again attempts. I downloaded a points calculator for my iPhone, Pocket Points, which I LOVE. I end up pulling this out all the time to check points at the grocery store, etc. I have never kept the recommended journal of my food intake to track my points, I usually just tally the points in my head, but I have a friend who swears it makes a difference. I really don't feel like carrying around a book and pen. Does anyone know of a good app I can download to track this stuff? I always have my phone so it seems much more convenient. Thanks.

try 'calorie counter'. I use it for the droid and LOVE IT. It ties into the fatsecret website so you can update from your phone or computer.

My fitness pal is free and I'm loving it! It is so much easier to use my iphone than the paper/pencil.

I use mynetdiary for iphone. It's a free app, you count the claories and other nutritional info, and it analyses your daily food intake.

Wow, I didn't realize there were so many choices out there. I will definitely have to check out more reviews and choose one of these. Thanks!

There is one called iTracker. It is made specifically to track points, not calories. It even counts down your weekly points as well if you decide to use those, and it stores activity points. Its super simple.

Just bought iWatcher. I like it MUCH better than iTracker.

I use 'Edibles' and I really like it - I use it to: Track my points (and it gives you a badge showing remaining daily points as you go), I have entered the Weight Watchers formula (you can find that on the net) and set up the calculator to calculate points of each food item, which I can then add to a list and simply enter the quantity eaten to the log. It also can track your weekly points and your exercise. It can be set up to track points or calories or whatever you want really, it took a little bit of setting up but now I use it all the time and its super easy - even has all 'my' food now in the list for easy logging, or you can search the Edibles database too. It also has a weight tracker, so it kinda has everything in one app.
