Default Zone Diet???

I was wondering if anyone knows of any of the frozen dinners available in the supermarket being a true 3-4 block Zone dinner. It would make my life SOOOO much easier! Thanks in advance!

Angry

Hi,
Fish and Shells by Lean Cusine is a straight 3 block dinner.
I would suggest you buy or check out at the library the book Zone Food Blocks it is full of different things that are prepared and give you enough blocks or with a littled added fat, veggies, or protein. patsi

Angry A really good resource

Hi,

When I was on the Zone (a few years ago), one of my favorite sites was www.zonehome.com They have a lot of really good information there. Anyway, one of their pages deals with convenience foods that fit into the Zone: http://www.zonehome.com/foodlist.htm

Good luck,

Jo

The zone now sells special frozen dinners - check your local store.
