Default Diet. Tomorrow!
Okay, so I've decided no more messing around, tomorrow is the day that I'm going to start my diet AGIAN. I just got out of a crummy relationship so it's about time to get back in shape and lose the weight! Is anyone else starting over? I need some motivation ladies! I've decided to do Weight Watchers agian, but im terrified to get on the scale tomorrow, plus TOM is here so I'm sure that will reflect in my weight. I just want to be healthy and happy and feel good about myself agian. It won't be easy (things worthwhile often aren't) but I know if I stick to it, I can do it!

SBD would be a good diet for you. South Beach Diet is the proper name. We can do this together!
