So I tend to steer away from anything but grilled items or salads at restaurants but today I had a large oven roasted turkey wrap on a sundried tomato flour tortilla (kinda large tortilla :/), with only roasted red peppers, cucumber, tomato and lettuce. I left off the avocado and ranch. How much would you estimate for this?
It's funny, the nutrition facts/calorie counting websites don't list it as a healthy option at that place and the healthy options are like 600 calories! So it scared me that this wasn't listed, but I'm sure my taking off the ranch and avacado made it less than 400 cals, right? It also estimates that a side mixed green salad (lettuce, tomato, carrots) is 50 calories... There's no way!
Did it seem like the turkey was baked or fryer-roasted? Were the peppers roasted with oil--did they seem a little (deliciously) slimy? Was there really no dressing at all?
Au Bon Pain puts 2 oz. of roasted red peppers at 45 calories with 3.5g of fat; since this was a whole wrap, there might have been more than 2 oz. So that plus cucumbers and tomatoes --> maybe 100 calories of veggies or so?
I'd guess 220 calories on the tortilla--it's always what gets me with wraps (but I don't care, and I think "wraps" that are wrapped in gross romaine lettuce are a waste of time!); Chipotle's tortillas are 330, but they're HUGE (13").
For the turkey, everything depends on how much of it there was and how it was prepared. Not having seen it, it's really hard to guess. But maybe 150-200?
Which puts your wrap at around 500, which is pretty good, in my book--with some great protein and lots of nutrients, on top of it!

Two table spoons of ranch would be 150 calories, and 3 ozs of avocado is 150 calories, so those two things could easily add 300 calories to the total. Assuming the peppers weren't grilled in fat (as mentioned above), 50 calories for the veggies is really, really reasonable. Lettuce and tomato and carrot sheds are just really low calorie. A POUND of carrots has 200 calories, and that's the highest calorie veggie there.
The restaurant tortillas can be huge. I took a wrap home once and unrolled it to weigh the chicken (I know, I'm a freak, but it was mostly curiosity). I was SHOCKED at how large the tortilla itself was once I unrolled it. WAY bigger than my 200 calorie whole wheat burrito-size tortillas I use at home. I estimated that tortilla at 400.
