Arrow Only 1lb to go for my 1st stone
its took me about 3months to loose but im almost there. want a few more stone off so will have to up my game but i can see and feel the differance

yeah it is , just cant wait to get in to getting another one off and hopefully another one , but im taking it one stone at a time
