Hi Rasta4life! My weight is similar to yours and I try to eat around 1450 cals. a day. I am down 9 pounds in 3 weeks. I workout 4-5 times a week. Usually 40 minutes on the treadmill or a 25 minute step aerobic tape. I noticed this week that on 2 days I ate above 1450 cals. and for some reason lost 3 pounds. If I were you, I think I would try and eat 1500 cals. and see what happens. Sorry I'm not much help.
Good luck.

Yeah you might want to lower your calories alittle bit. On my plan doing 45 mins 5 times a week it tells me to eat only 1500-1800 right now but before when I was doing well and was around 200lbs I was doing 1400-1500 and losing weight really nicely. I use sparkpeople.com and I just enter my info & it told me how many calories but it seems to work really nicely for me (when I follow it lol)

So maybe like 1500-1600?

thanks moonkissed, I use sparkpeople. It gave me a calorie in take of 2000. I guess I am entering something wrong. I am going to try lowering them.
