Thumbs down Yuck.

I've had a bad last 3 days. I feel so nauseous, I can't even drink water without making it worse. I KNOW it's from eating crap.

Starting back on as of tomorrow (technically tonight but I don't plan on eating anything else so meh). I hate feeling sick like this, it's a good wake up call to realize that my body really DOES need good, healthy foods. It NEEDS a moderate amount of calories and sugar.

I can't wait to wake up tomorrow and feel better.

I never thought the smell of fast food that my family got and brought back to the car on our road trip could smell so gross! It was incredible and let me know I was probably doing something right. It's so weird once your body makes that connection that it wants better food.

Oh I know what you mean! My BF wanted greasy local pizza last night. It made me nauseous after the first bite! It's weird how your body changes what food it likes

I actually had a blizzard (like a McFlurry from McDonald's) from Dairy Queen last weekend...and I threw up after! (not on purpose, I didn't try to throw-up...just pointing this out because my body is becoming used to healthy foods, and it REALLY must not have liked all that sugar and crap I put into it!). Perhaps it's recognizing it as the poison that it really is!
