why cant i just stop eating so much, its like i eat one thing and then i have to go and get another and another and another, like having 1 chocolate, yeah like thats ever going to happen
I know! It's hard. I just have to keep the stuff out of my house. If my family wants it, they will have to go buy it themselves. I am NOT going to by junk food. It seems to work for me. Also, after being on the same eating plan for a few weeks the cravings seem to diminish a little bit. How long have you been on your eating plan?
I know how you feel. I've been binging in the evenings all week! I eat well all day and then the evening comes and I start stuffing everything I can find in my mouth. I feel terrible! My stomach hurts. And I've gained six pounds this week! That confuses me, because I'm still excercising 30 min to 1 1/2 hours a day and I only overeat at night...not all day. I might have understood not losing anything or gaining a couple of pounds....but 6 pounds!!!!!! I'm depressed & outta control!
It's easy to forget just how complicated human psychology is, in this instance the best solution by far is to just keep that binge food out of the house so you have no choice but to not eat it!
