Default Fitness Comfort Index on weatherdotcom

I just noticed today that weather.com will show a fitness comfort index. Go to your city, then the 10 day forecast, and then there's a drop down box on the upper right where you can select Fitness & Exercise. The higher the number, the better the conditions are for outdoor exercise. I don't know if it's new or if I just discovered it.

Yeah, but it thinks 99 degrees and 75% humidity is "moderately comfortable" Jeeepers. What does it think is bad?
