Back on board!
I re-joined weight watchers on Saturday.
I had joined about two years ago and lost 95lbs. I had a few medical issues that didn't help my regaining 40lbs of that back in two years.
Now I'm healthy enough to exercise and can eat vegetables again at will (was on Coumadin and was told to avoid it as much as possible).
So now I want to be down 60lbs before next Valentine's Day. Totally do-able!
So hello again, I'm back!
