BIillys Boot Camp Question????
Ok ........ive been doing tae bo and LOVING IT and discovered that few on here use it to and many have mentiond the BootCamp series.
Which i have purchased. So now i have 4 DVDS consisting of
1 . Basic Training
2. Cardio
3. Abs
4. ultimate
& resistance bands
They all explain what the are aimed to do ........however has anyone used this set before and how did you go about using them?
I mean this by .........(i work out 4 times per week) so could i use a dvd for a different day?
Or are they levels? Like start with one dvd one week and on to the next? i jus wana know how anyone who has used these and what was their plan. Im thinking using all like a different one per day would be a great mix and traget all areas ???
