Default Red Team BP Last Chance Workout Week 3 (6/14-6/20)

For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Copy and paste the follow format and come back throughout the week to edit your original post. Let’s get busy!!

Monday- 20 minute walk to work, last weeks combined weekly challenge, 30 minute stationary bicycle, 30 minute treadmill, 10 minute elliptical, 30 minute strength training
Tuesday- 20 minute walk to work, 30 minute treadmill (5 speed)
Wednesday- 20 minute walk to work, 30 minute treadmill (5 speed), 10 minute bicycle (20 speed)
Thursday- 20 minute walk to work

Friday- 40 minute walk to work and back home, 30 minute WATP ab video
Saturday- Rest day
Sunday- Rest day

Saturday- rest
Sunday-35 min dog walk, completed 200 squat challenge, steps:10,281

Tuesday- 65 mins Turbo Jam (Cardio/Abs), 35 min Bike Ride
Wednesday- 60 mins 5-Factor Fitness (Day 1 -3)
Thursday- 65 mins Turbo Jam (Cardio/Abs)
Friday- 20 mins Turbo Jam (Abs), 20 mins 5-Factor Fitness (Day 1), 60 min Bike Ride

Tuesday-P90x Kenpo (50mins) Yoga (25mins)
Wednesday-rest
Thursday-Step aerobics (40mins)
Friday-legs (weight lifting) followed by 45minutes of mowing the lawn
Saturday-Cardio + yoga
Sunday-Circuit training
