Default Day one...again
So today was day one of a new beginning. I have reached the highext weight of my life and realize I can't continue at this pace.

Today my goal was to not eat anything unhealthy...and good news...I was successful!!

On to day two...wish me luck.

Good luck! It might sound cliche but just take it a day at a time. I remember last summer when I hit my high, please know that number will go down for you. Congrats on the healthy eating day!

ct mom--- good luck. Stay positive and take it one day at a time. Yes, it is a cliche. But, I have found that it works if I don't focus on too far ahead. So, one day at a time works.
