I LOVE hawaiin bread. When I first started the weight loss efforts I had to ban it from the house because if a package got into my hands I would eat the entire thing at once. As part of my dinner tonight I had a single serving of hawaiin bread. The rest is sitting on the counter in the package. I will eat it one portion at a time over the next week. I can put it in my plan, I do not have to eat the whole thing. I control the bread, the bread does not control me.
Yay you!!! I know how hard that is. I'm still in the "eat-it-all-now-to-get-rid-of-tomorrow's-temptation" camp of dealing with favourite foods so congratulations on this NSV! I hope soon I'll have this kind of willpower!
