Default One week ago today ..

i started to really push myself at the gym .. i found a partner so that helps w/ the anxiety issue and we've been going in the morning when its not as busy as the evening .. well last week i had originally posted that i was throwing away the battery to my scale but i decided instead to use that number to motivate me to keep working harder at it .. this morning (which Wednesday is my weekly weigh day that i keep track w/) i was down 7lbs .. i know that's a lot for one week but i believe most of it was water weight i lived in the bathroom yesterday and i believe that's why i was down so much today ... I've been hovering around 286 and for some reason last week i was up to 293 and stayed there all week now I'm back to 286 .. I'm so excited to see that the number has gone down finally .. hopefully by the end of the month i can kiss the 280's G'bye
