Ok.. if I remember rightly when you do some form of exercise, and it makes your muscles HURT (horribly ), that is a sign that your musles are holding on to some water to help heal them and can make the scale go up some right???

Last evening, I was helping hubby take up the sod in what will be our garden (it was the one thing our new house was lacking that we NEED). I went to bed hurting so bad that I had to take tylonal PM to go to sleep! This morning I'm still hurting.. even my fingers from holding the shovel! The scale is also up this morning... and all I can think is it has to be the digging and lifting from yesterday... so is it?

Yes it is. Everytime I work really hard in the gym where I am hurting, the next day the scale always goes up, but give it a day or two and it will go back down and take some fat with it! lol At least I hope thats what its doing.
