I HATE exercising...despise really. I do NOT like to get sweaty..at all..it grosses me out lol
I got a treadmill last Saturday and OMG I love it!! I dont mind walking miles on end on it, while watching my favorite shows, or listening to my music..I even get *gasp* sweaty..and dont mind!! I never KNEW the impact a Treadmill would have on my life!! I soooo wish I would have had one alot sooner!
With that said, Im walking a min of 1 mile a day..I figure thats a great way to start exercising again. So if there is 30 days in the month, my goal is 30 miles and so on. Does anyone know if there are any treadmill challenges going on?
