Hi girl ... I hope it ok the star the chat for this week.

I hope everyone is doing ok.
Does any one know how many red member are left.?

As for me I am so happy whit this week lose, I reach my 40 pound lose mark and I am at normal weight .
This challenge had help me so much.
So thanks to the leaders for do this for Us.

Shan- Congrats to you too! 7 lb this week!! Holy smokes, your personal trainer worked your butt off- literally! Keep up the great work. It'll be a nice segway into the summer challenge.

Hello ladies. Thanks Mel on the congrats. Had another good session with the trainer yesterday. Now I'm working on sticking to my schedule of Monday/Wednesday/Friday sessions with her and Tuesday/Thursday on my own at the gym.

Need advice ladies:

So, I've totally jump kicked my butt into exercise gear big time in the past two weeks. Saw a huge weight loss number last week. But, I was wondering if someone could help me figure out the math of everything. I am a calorie counter. I figure right now I eat between 1300-1800 daily. I've also been burning just with exercise daily 2,375 according to http://www.healthstatus.com/cgi-bin/calc/calculator.cgi. How does the math work though? How do I know what kind of loss I should look for each week and how do I get my calories just right? Thanks for any and all advice and info.

Hope everyone is having a good week. TGIF here in South Korea. Heading into the weekend feeling good. I've worked out a lot this week but not sure if it's going to show on the scale as much as it is right now with just inches. Keeping my fingers crossed though.

Shan good job on the exercise this week. I hear you on the sore muscles. I pushed myself at aerobics on Monday and my quads were sore until late wendesday.
No help on the calories in/ burned equation. Maybe your trainer would have some resources to check out?

Sorry I've been quiet. Struggling this week with feeling bloated due to mid-cycle issues and seeing the scale go int the wrong direction even though I've been eating OP all week. I'm taking my last freebie for this week- how sad is that on the last week of the challenge? I would have liked to go out with another 1 lb drop, but I'd need a miracle. Hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday!

No weight loss for me this week. Sorry ladies. Not sure what happened. Must be holding onto water or gaining muscle or something. Hope you all enjoyed this challenge, and please come back and join us for the biggest loser summer challenge.
