Default Blue Team WOSC Week 16 Nutritional Journals

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post an return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Monday
Breakfast - 2 homemade gluten free banana walnut muffins, 1 egg & 2 egg whites scrambled, 1 apple and 1c. skim milk
Lunch - 1c. baby spinach w/raspberry poppy seed dressing, grilled cheese & sun dried tomato turkey breast sandwich on Bodywise bread
Supper - 1 small sweet potato, cottage cheese turkey meatloaf / 6 strawberries & a raisin bran muffin
Snacks (am/pm) - (am) protein shake / (pm) 15 raw almonds and craisins / (ev.) 1/4c. lf cool whip w/ 1/2 scoop of protein powder and 1/2c. peaches & pears

Tuesday
Breakfast - 1 egg & 2 egg whites scrambled, 2 pcs. Bodywise toast w/ sml. amount of crab apple jelly, 1c. skim milk, 1 apple
Lunch - Baby spinach + 1/2 apple cut up and tossed with tbsp of raspberry poppyseed dressing, salmon fillet, 1/2c. brown rice w tbsp sweet thai chilli sauce
Supper - turkey meatloaf w/ ff gravy,sweet potato, brown rice
Snacks (am/pm) - (am) protein shake / (pm) 6 strawberries & a banana walnut muffin

Wednesday
Breakfast - 1 egg & 2 egg whites omlet, 1 banana walnut muffin, 1c. skim milk, 6 strawberries
Lunch - Baby spinach + 1 apple cut up and tossed with tbsp of raspberry poppyseed dressing, salmon fillet, 1/2c. brown rice w tbsp sweet thai chilli sauce
Supper - turkey meatloaf w/ ff gravy,mashed sweet potato, brown rice
Snacks (am/pm) - (am) protein shake / (pm) 6 strawberries & a banana walnut muffin
