Hi.

i'm getting married in 7 months and i am tired of being fat. whether you agree with my personal goals or disagree, here is the challenge.

i am going to eat within my calorie range (1000-1200) and work out (physique 57 30 minute express full body work out) every weekday.

for every ten pounds i lose, i am going to buy myself a piece of my engagement picture wardrobe from anthropologie which will, altogether cost as much as my wedding dress (dont worry, i got my wedding dress on sale).

so here's the challenge-- choose what you are going to do every day. choose a weight interval, and choose a reward. and pray that i stick to it (and you too).

I am getting married in 3 months, i know how you feel! I still haven't bought my wedding dress (i want a colorful sun dress) which will be my reward for getting into shape!

I did reward myself a few weeks ago with 2 new pairs of leggings, 4 tops and a dress for getting to 122!
