Default Adding up calories in pickles, banana peppers, and jalapenos

If I had a 12oz cup of mixed banana peppers, jalapenos, and pickles over my salad tonight, what would those calories look like? Does anyone know?

When I look it up, the negligible calories in 1 slice is 0. But surely 12 ounces would be more like 100?

I would count it at like 25-50 personally. Those foods are extremely low in calories (that's why I love pickles!). I could be off though but that seems closer than 100 calories!

Kosher dills have 3 cals/oz.
1 oz. of pickled jalapenois has 4 cals/oz.
can't seem to find pepperoncini, but I would guess similar.

The one thing to watch is probably the amount of sodium...oif you are watching that.

Thanks guys I don't closely watch sodium, but you're right; I'd have to be very careful with that. Maybe I'll just add half today and half tomorrow!

The peppers/pickles were left over at work from the sandwiches and salads brought in today. The toppings were all in separate containers for people to add to their food. They were going to just toss them, and I LOVE spicy things and pickled things and all.. So I said I'd take them home to enjoy

But I wasn't sure how to count them. This all really helped!!
