I don't closely watch sodium, but you're right; I'd have to be very careful with that. Maybe I'll just add half today and half tomorrow!
The peppers/pickles were left over at work from the sandwiches and salads brought in today. The toppings were all in separate containers for people to add to their food. They were going to just toss them, and I LOVE spicy things and pickled things and all.. So I said I'd take them home to enjoy
But I wasn't sure how to count them. This all really helped!!
