Arrow Newbie looking for friends
Hello,

Im new to 3 fat Chicks, I need to lose about 100 lbs to get in my healthy weight range. I know it is going to be a rough road but Im up for the challenge! I have already lost 9lbs using Loseit a calorie counter for iphones. So Im ready to super charge my calorie counting and start working out!!!!

Mini Goal #1: 220
Mini Goal #2: 199
Mini Goal #3: 170
Mini Goal #4: 150
Mini Goal #5: 136

and on you weight loss so far! I just joined 3fc this month ,too. We can be newbies and lose this weight together!

Hi Everyone
I'm also new and am desperate to loose 2st (28lbs) before june am i insane?
i have an appointment with my fertility DR and you know the first thing he will say is your obease so if i can at least prove i'm tackling this issue he/she should take me seriously and see that i am trying to help myself as well as aking them for help?

anyway I'm looking to meet friends that are also trying to lose weight- so we can support each other and be a shoulder to cry on when needed or to congratulate each other.

that 2st is just my mini goal i'm quite about 6st overweight so i'm thinking this will be a l.ong battle but its not a battle i'm prepared to loose!!

Welcome everyone... This site is great, I joined a month ago and the support has been AMAZING!! I have lost 15 lbs this month, which included me going on a vacation. There are a lot of threads to look at... enjoy and good luck on your journeys!!

Welcome and best of luck on your weight loss journey.... not really good conversions but I will assume that 1 stone is more or less equal to 14 pounds?
