Kia Ora! Hi All
Kia Ora everyone,
I'm Casey and I'm 26 from New Zealand, like some others I stumbled across this site while looking for dieting advice.
I've been trying for years to lose weight and now I'm over it! I gained a huge 30kgs (66lb) after my first child and stayed the size I am today after my 2nd child.
I did well on weight watchers but just lost the motivation and exercize was a 'swear word'.
It sucks to be over weight especially when your BMI has to be of a certain range to be able to get life insurance, I have no other health issues other than what you see!
I've decided that I'm gonna do it for real now and that when we decide for child no#3 that after the baby (even 3months after) people don't ask me if I'm still pregnant.
I only started yesturday and I'm in the 300+lb catergory which I know is soooo much but I am very determined to get down.
I hope to get inspired by others if my motivation starts to take a dive and I will offer whatever adivce I can to others.
