Ok, so I took the advice of you all and am doing measurements for now instead of the scale (as getting on it would probably not help my weightloss mindset). In the last week I've lost around 1 inch from my thighs, 1 inch from my middle stomach and 1/2 inch from my upper stomach (blasted hips/butt stayed put) AND Tom made his appearance yesterday when I measured so I was probably bloated. I know it isn't much but I'm excited that eating right this week and working out 5 of the days last week did something!
