It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!
Me: 192.5, up half a pound from last week. So yeah, been having a hard time not sticking too much in my mouth this week. Some weeks it just seems harder. Well, at least I'm not trying to battle my way out of the 200's!
i have had a rough stretch for a while there, felt horrible about myself, could not get motivated to lose the weight no matter how much i posted on here and did nothing (except eat). I hit the wall last friday when after work, my boyfriend wanted to go to dinner and i realized the ONE pair of pants i fit into were in the washing machine and were wet, i literally had NOTHING to wear because i can't fit into any of my clothes (i have REFUSED to by larger sizes...yes, i wear that ONE pair of jeans out, and sweats around the house), so told him i would rather stay in, went upstairs and cried. SO...last friday i was up to 198, saturday morning i went to the local weight loss clinic and bought a box of protein shakes, 3 of those a day, with sensible snack and dinner...after having the shakes, and doing at least an hour of cardio daily (and also getting in light weigh training every other day), i've lost 4 lbs. in about a week. *sigh* i'm not going to stop because i saw the fruits of my labor this week begin the payoff. i can FEEL myself getting into "the zone", as i call it...where i feel guilty if i don't work out. once i'm in the zone, i know i will be okay, it's just getting there that is so difficult. but i'm down 4 lbs....i'm getting there!!
Congratulations on your losses to those who have lost :-) Botzz, I just checked out your blog - WOW - You are doing amazingly, what an inspiration! Thank you for sharing.
I weigh in on Monday so I will add my weight then :-) x
As of yesterday, 283. 2 lbs down from the day before which makes a total loss of 22 lbs. We're not weighing in today, but we're finally buyng a new scale. I hate the pins-and-needles waiting over the weekend to go to Quick Weight Loss Center to see if we've lost or gained. I'm gonna start keeping track here also.
My daughter went up a half pound after losing 11. She's still doing an awesome job, though. She doesn't complain about the lack of junk food or anything. To keep her confidence up, I had her strut around in some jeans she wasn't able to wear a month ago. This was her first time gaining anything, but she's not letting it discourage her. Okay, I'll put away my Proud Mama soapbox for awhile.
